The brand claims that the new Tiger 1200 is the most agile and capable large capacity adventure bike money can buy.
Triumph is offering the new Tiger 1200 in two main variants – GT and Rally. The variant line helps different riders suit the adventures and get a more tailored machine. The GT is the road-focused variant and comes in three trims – Tiger 1200 GT (Standard with 20-litre fuel tank), Tiger 1200 GT Pro (20-litre fuel tank) and Tiger GT Explorer (30-litre fuel tank). The GT series comes with cast aluminium wheels in a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear setup. The uneven firing order sets a new benchmark for engine character and produces 150 PS of power and 130 Nm of torque. This is 9 PS more than the previous generation and also claims to be 14 PS more than the closest shaft-driven competitor.
Triumph offers the new Tiger 1200 with a lightweight frame and a bolt-on rear aluminium subframe with pillion hangers. The bike also features a lighter and stronger ‘tri-link’ swingarm.
