Maruti Suzuki will be launching the new-age Baleno in the coming weeks. Currently, Maruti Suzuki is running a teaser campaign for the new Baleno. The brand is showcasing the hatchbacks advanced features which include a segment-first heads-up display, 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 360-degree camera etc. However, the brand did not reveal the exteriors nor the interiors of the Baleno in full. But, images of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno have now leaked on the internet, fully displaying the new-age Baleno ahead of its debut.
2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno – Exterior Highlights
The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno will come with a new front and rear fascia. The car features sleek headlamps with LED DRLs and a reprofiled front bumper. The new Baleno also comes with a new taillamp with a C-shaped signature and a chrome band that joins the two taillamp units. The Baleno also comes with a new rear bumper integrated with reflectors as well as a new tailgate, and an integrated spoiler. On the sides, the Baleno comes with a chrome strip on the DLO area as well as chrome finish exterior door handles.
2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno – Interior Highlights
On the inside, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno features a new redesigned dashboard with a wraparound effect and uncluttered interior design. The new-age Baleno comes with features such as a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system along with new AC controls. The Baleno will come with a flat-bottomed steering wheel, steering mounted controls, analogue-digital instrument cluster as well as blue shade on the dashboard. The car will also come with colour coordinated seat upholstery which appears to be in premium fabric. The Maruti Suzuki Baleno also comes with rear air conditioning vents. The car is also likely to come with automatic climate control.
2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno – Technical Specifications
The brand has not officially revealed the powertrain details of the new-age Baleno. However, speculation is that the hot hatchback is likely to come with 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine with a 12V mild-hybrid option.
