So far, we have seen the car’s exteriors and also know what the powertrain options will be. We also have an idea of what all the features the SUV will offer. The latest leak is the owner’s manual of the Scorpio-N. This leak shows us that the SUV will be larger than before.
And now, Mahindra has revealed the interiors of the Scorpio-N. The reveal gives us an idea of how much the larger exterior dimensions have translated to interior space. We won’t have to wait long to get all the details of the Scorpio-N, as Mahindra will launch the SUV on 27th June 2022.
The centre dashboard of the 2022 Scorpio-N houses a new touchscreen infotainment display. Powering the interface and infotainment display will be Mahindra’s AdrenoX. The company claims it will offer segment-leading immersive features and intuitive technology. The system will also enable User Profiles, as shown in the video. Mahindra is aiming the urban and tech-savvy customers who also want an authentic, tough yet sophisticated SUV.
The 2022 Scorpio-N will also get new dual-tone leather upholstery. The next noticeable thing is the steering wheel, which is now identical to the XUV700. The interior of the Scorpio-N gets lots of Piano Black finish. The finish also extends to the new rotary 4WD mode selector. In addition to the piano black finish at the top, it also gets a knurled pattern on the side. The leaked owner manual and the 4WD mode selector now confirm this.
We also get to see the instrument cluster, which gets two analogue dials and a coloured Multi-information display in the centre. The SUV also brings an immersive audio experience through Sony’s premium 3D sound system.
The next generation of the Scorpio will be larger than its predecessor. The new 2022 Scorpio-N will measure 4,662mm in length, 1,917mm in width and 1,870mm in height. At the same time, the wheelbase will also be longer than before. In fact, the wheelbase, at 2,750mm, will be identical to the XUV700. The new dimensions leak also confirms that the Scorpio-N will be larger than the Tata Safari in all areas.
