2022 KTM 250 Adventure launched at INR 2,35,000

KTM just launched the MY22 KTM 250 Adventure in the Indian market with a starting price of INR 2.35 lakh ex-showroom. The brand has announced that the new 2022 KTM 250 Adventure will be available in two new colour themes – KTM Electronic Orange and KTM Factory

Racing Blue. The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure bookings have commenced across all KTM showrooms across the country. The brand also revealed that the new KTM 250 Adventure would be available with easy finance options with special EMI’s starting at INR 6,300.

2022 KTM 250 Adventure – Design & Features

The 2022 KTM 250 Adventure comes with the design inspiration from its elder sibling, the KTM 390 Adventure. The travel-enduro design offers the benefits of a versatile adventure motorcycle with a special emphasis on ergonomics and comfort. The 250 Adventure is a combination of style and performance. With a quarter-litre motor and a price tag of less than a quarter-million rupees, the adventure motorcycle is accessible to a wide audience in the Indian market. The motorcycle comes with LED DRLs, LED taillights and LED indicators. The bike also comes with an LCD display with a button to select off-road ABS and a 14.5-litre tank offering more than 400 km of range.

2022 KTM 250 Adventure – Off-Road Adventure Features

The KTM 250 Adventure underpins the race-proven frame of the Dakar Racer – the KTM 450 RALLY. The extremely stable trellis frame comes with a bolt-on sub-frame, becoming the backbone of stability and controllability. Thanks to the segment-leading WP APEX 43mm front suspension with a travel of 170mm on the front and 177mm on the rear, the motorcycle offers a ground clearance of 200mm, giving access to uncharted territories. The KTM 250 Adventure comes with a wheelbase of 1430mm and a 26.5-degree steering rake angle suggesting an off-road-oriented layout.

2022 KTM 250 Adventure – Technical Specifications

Powering the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure is a 248cc four-valve DOHC single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The engine comes with a Bosch electronic fuel injection system and DELL’ORTO 38 mm throttle body. The motor produces 30 PS of power and 24 Nm of torque. The engine comes with an advanced Power Assist Slipper Clutch (PASC) with a 6-speed gearbox.
