2021 MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR revealed

MV Agusta has launched the new 2021 Brutale 1000 RR in the European market. Enthusiasts can book the motorcycle from the brand’s official website at the price of EUR 32,300 MSRP. The brand is also offering a 3-year warranty on the 2021 MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR and professional servicing. 

MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR – Engine Specification

Powering the new MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR is a Euro5 compliant 998cc in-line four-cylinder engine. The liquid-cooled engine comes with a 16-radial-valve DOHC valvetrain distribution. The brand also employs an electronic fuel injection integrated with an eight injector system. The motorcycle gets four lower fuel injectors by Mikuni plus four upper fuel injectors by Magneti Marelli and Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System (MVICS), full ride by wire throttle bodies. The Brutale 1000 RR produces 208 Hp of power and 116.5 Nm of torque. The engine comes with a cassette-style, 6-speed, constant mesh transmission paired to a back-torque limiting wet multi-plate clutch and a Brembo radial-pump/lever assembly. 

MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR – Mechanical Specifications

The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR features a CrMo Steel tubular trellis frame and an aluminium swingarm. The bike rides on Ohlins Nix EC hydraulic inverted front forks with TiN superficial treatment. The motorcycle comes with electronically controlled compression and rebound damping with manually controlled spring preload on the front. The bike also gets an Ohlins EC TTX Progressive, a single shock absorber with electronically controlled compression and rebound damping and spring preload.

Braking duties are handled by 320mm dual floating discs with Brembo stoppers on the front and 220mm single disc with Brembo callipers. The brand also offers a Continental MK100 RLM (Rear Wheel Lift-up Mitigation) system with a cornering ABS function. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.

The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR comes with features such as a Carbon Fibre air-box cover and dashboard harness cover, clutch and gearbox covers etc. The motorcycle also comes with exclusive features such as a light crankshaft, a new combustion chamber, Titanium connecting rods and a new TFT 5.5-inch colour display. The bike also comes with cruise control, Bluetooth GPS MV Ride App for navigation mirroring, app-controlled engine, suspension and rider aids setup such as Launch Control FLC Front lift control Mobisat tracker.
