2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV launched at INR 57.40 lakh

Luxury car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has announced the brand has launched the 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV in the Indian market priced at INR 57.40 lakh ex-showroom, India. The 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC is equipped with the brand’s latest ‘Mercedes me connect’ technology along with a plethora of comfort and convenience options. Mercedes-Benz India is offering the GLC in two variants – GLC 200 and GLC 220d. 

The Mercedes-Benz GLC is offered with the latest in connected car technology dubbed Mercedes Me Connect. The Mercedes Me Connect features Google Home, Alexa Home and Parking locations on a navigation system integrated into the in-car infotainment system. The latest generation MBUX telematics is equipped with ‘Hey Mercedes’ voice assistance features that offer best-in-car experience. The new equipment loaded GLC boasts to lead the premium mid-size SUV segment. 

The brand has also equipped the new GLC with a new 12.3-inch fully digital colour instruments cluster that offers a choice of styles like “Classic”, “Progressive” and “Sporty”. The display provides all the information demanded by the driver through a crisp high-definition display which is easy to read in all lighting conditions. The display is divided into different areas and the user can customise these individually as per requirement. 

The Mercedes-Benz GLC also features front massage seats which have been introduced for the first time in the product portfolio. The front seats come with air chambers that adjust individually. The air chambers inflate and deflate individually to create a pulsating effect and can be adjusted via the media display. The backrest bolsters can also be adjusted and offer improved lateral support for sporty driving. 

The Mercedes-Benz GLC comes with features such as Parking Assist with the 360-degree camera allowing the driver to see the surroundings in front, alongside and the rear of the vehicle through the media display. The GLC also comes with Remote Engine Start using the “Mercedes me” app on the phone, which can be used to pre-run the climate control system before the journey. 

The GLC is offered in two new shades called – ‘High Tech Silver’ and ‘Brilliant Blue’.
