Jaguar Land Rover has revealed the new Jaguar I-Pace Black. The jaguar I-Pace Black features a dark theme on the exteriors and interiors based on the HSE trim. The features on the I-Pace Black are also available on S, SE or HSE models such as the Black Pack, panoramic roof and privacy glass. The brand has opened online bookings for the I-Pace Black in the United Kingdom with prices starting from GBP 72,445. In its standard avatar, the Jaguar I-Pace comes with a price tag of GBP 65,195.
Jaguar I-Pace Black – Design
The Jaguar I-Pace Black features gloss black finish grille, grille surround and side window surrounds. The gloss black continues on the rear badge as well as the door mirror caps. Also new are the gloss black finish 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels giving the car a clean and contemporary look. The Jaguar I-Pace Black also comes with Aruba and Farallon Pearl black premium metallic exterior paints. On the inside, the electric vehicle features ebony leather sports seats and an ebony headliner. The dark theme continues with gloss black trim finishers as well.
Powertrain
The Jaguar I-Pace comes with an electric power unit that is capable of delivering 400 PS of power and 696 Nm of torque. The electric motor draws power from a 90 kWh battery pack that can deliver 470 km of range on a single charge. The car can also gain 53 km of range per hour using an 11 kW three-phase wall box charger. A full charge takes around 8.6 hours making the I-Pace ideal for overnight charging. At a 100 kW DC fast charger the car can gain 127km of range in just 15 minutes.
Jaguar I-Pace in India
Recently, the brand launched the Jaguar I-Pace in the Indian market at the price of INR 1.05 crore ex-showroom. Jaguar is offering a 7.4 kW AC wall-mounted charger, 8-Years or 160,000 km battery warranty, a 5-Year service package and a 5-Years roadside assistance (RSA) package inclusive of the ex-showroom price of the EV.
