Hyundai Motor India has introduced the motorsport-inspired Hyundai i20 N Line in India. Hyundai has also announced that the bookings for the i20 N Line have commenced in India, and customers can book the sporty hot hatchback by putting down an amount of INR 25,000. The Hyundai i20 N Line will be available through Hyundai Signature dealerships as well as Hyundai’s Click To Buy online platform.
Hyundai i20 N Line – Engine Specifications
Powering the Hyundai i20 N Line is a 1.0-litre TGDi turbo-petrol engine. The engine produces 120 PS of power and 172 Nm of torque. The motor is paired to a 6-speed clutchless intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) or a 7-speed automatic DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission). Hyundai claims that the i20 N Line can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 9.9 seconds. The brand also revealed that the ARAI tested mileage is 20.25 kmpl on the 7-speed DCT and 20 kmpl on the iMT.
Hyundai i20 N Line – Changes
The Hyundai i20 N Line features a motorsport-inspired design made for everyday fun. Compared to the standard i20, the N Line features aggressive front and rear bumpers, new design alloy wheels with a larger diameter, all four disc brakes and unique accents on the exteriors. The Hyundai N Line also comes with model-specific interiors with red accents.
Hyundai i20 N Line – Exteriors
The Hyundai i20 N Line comes with sharp and dynamic exteriors featuring a sharp splitter effect on the front accentuated by a red highlight. The sporty side skirts on the i20 N Line also feature red accents. The front fascia also features a new chequered-flag radiator grille, and the front brake callipers are finished in red, completing its motorsport look. The i20 N Line also features an N logo branded 16-inch alloy wheels with a new dual-tone machine finish. The rear of the hatch features an aerodynamic spoiler with integrated side wings, a sporty twin-tip exhaust, a rear diffuser and dark chrome connecting taillamp garnish.
Hyundai i20 N Line – Interiors
On the Inside, the Hyundai i20 N Line comes with a cabin that engages with the driver. The cabin comes with a predominantly dark theme accented by red trim. The car gets a 3-spoke multifunction steering wheel with an N logo, and an N logo branded gear knob. The steering and gear knob also come with a red contrast stitching. The i20 N Line features chequered flag design leather seats with N logo, red contrast stitching and piping, as well as red ambient lights. The car also comes with “athletic red” interior highlights on the AC controls and AC louvres.

The Hyundai i20 N Line also features a 10.25-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system. The infotainment also features an in-built navigation system. The infotainment is equipped with Hyundai Bluelink connected car technology, OTA map updates, and new voice recognition commands. The car also features a fully digital instruments cluster with a TFT multi-information display. The Hyundai i20 N Line gets rear AC vents, cooled glovebox, push-button start/stop, Apple Carplay and Android Auto integration, wireless smartphone charging with a cooling pad, cruise control etc.

Thanks to Hyundai Bluelink connected features, the car will come with telematic hotkeys for emergencies. The hatchback also features 6-airbags, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Driver Rear View Monitoring, Automatic headlamps etc. The car also gets Hill Assist Control, Electronic Stability Control, Vehicle Stability Management, Auto Crash Notification, Vehicle Tracking, Active Alerts, Location Based Services, Remote Services etc.
Hyundai i20 N Line – Colours
The Hyundai i20 N Line will be available in 4 mono-tone colours and two dual-tone options. Mono-tone colours include – Thunder Blue, Fiery Red, Titan Grey and Polar White. Dual-tone colour options include Thunder Blue with a Phantom Black roof and Fiery Red with Phantom Black roof.

The Hyundai i20 N Line comes with the peace of mind of Wonder Warranty options. These include a 5-year/40,000 km, 4-year/50,000 km or 3-year/100,000 km. Also including is 3-years of Free Road-Side Assistance and a 3-year Bluelink Subscription.
