2021 Hyundai Aura will get rear spoiler

At the beginning of 2020, Hyundai launched the new Aura sedan in the Indian market. The brand is now updating the Hyundai Aura sedan which will come with a few changes to the exteriors such as a new spoiler on the tailgate. Leaked documents reveal that the Hyundai Aura will also come with new Gun Metal shade graphics. The documents also reveal that the brand will offer the new changes only on the S, SX and SX(O) trims. Going into finer details the S trim will come with 14-inch steel wheels with the AMT gearbox options getting the new graphics. The brand is also omitting the Arkymys Premium Sound System from the SX and SX(O) variants. The 2021 Hyundai Aura with the new changes is likely to make its debut soon in the Indian market.

Hyundai Aura Exteriors

The Hyundai Aura is based on the i10 Grand Nios and comes with differentiating factors such as a completely different haunch, double boomerang LED daytime running lights, upswept headlamps with projector beams, satin silver radiator grille surrounds, gloss black radiator grille on the Turbo-Petrol model, Z shaped LED taillamps, 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels on higher-spec models, shark-fin antenna and body-coloured ORVMs and door handles.

Interiors

On the inside, the Hyundai Aura features a dashboard layout similar to the Hyundai i10 Grand Nios and comes with features such as dual-tone grey interiors, all-black interiors with red accents on the turbo model, satin bronze dashboard applique, leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear knob on higher-spec variants, 13.46-cm digital speedometer with multi-information display, 20.25-cm touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, smart key with push-button start/stop and wireless smartphone charging among other features.

Powertrain

Powering the Hyundai Aura is a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine, a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, a 1.2-litre Petrol+CNG engine option and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. The engine line-up comes with a variety of gearbox options including manual and AMT (automated Manual Transmission).
