Hyundai i20 – Hyundai has opened bookings for the all-new 2020 i20 in the Indian market and the hot hatchback can be reserved by putting down an initial payment of INR 21,000 at Hyundai authorised dealerships as well as from the brand’s contactless sales channel ‘Click To Buy’ online. The brand has also revealed the variant details and the powertrain option that are going to be offered when the all-new i20 is launched.
The Hyundai i20 will be offered in four variants – Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta (O). Furthermore, customers will be able to choose from BS6 emissions-compliant Petrol, Diesel and Turbo Petrol engine options. The all-new Hyundai i20 will also be offered with a Manual Transmission, an Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) which is essentially a CVT automatic transmission, an automatic 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) and a First-in-Segment Clutch-Pedal-Less Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT).
The all-new Hyundai i20 in the Diesel Fuel option is available in Asta (O) MT, Asta (O) MT Dual Tone, Magna MT, Sportz MT and Sportz MT Dual Tone. In the Petrol Fuel option, the i20 is offered in Asta iVT, Asta iVT Dual Tone, Asta MT, Asta MT Dual Tone, Asta (O) MT, Asta (O) MT Dual Tone, Magna MT, Sportz iVT, Sportz iVT Dual Tone, Sportz MT and Sportz MT Dual Tone available on the naturally aspirated petrol engine. The Hyundai i20 Asta Turbo DCT, Asta Turbo DCT Dual Tone, Asta Turbo iMT, Asta Turbo iMT Dual Tone, Asta (O) Turbo DCT, Asta (O) Turbo DCT Dual Tone, Sportz Turbo iMT and Sportz Turbo iMT Dual Tone are available on the Turbo-Petrol engine option.
Also on offer are 6 single tone colour options – Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Titan Grey, Fiery Red, Starry Night and Metallic Copper alongside 2 dual-tone shades – Polar White with Black Roof and Fiery Red with Black Roof. The Hyundai i20 is also offered with benefits such as 10% cashback on the booking transactions made on Hyundai’s Click to Buy using ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank Credit or Debit cards, subject to final financing from the bank.
