2020 Hyundai i20 Photo Gallery

Hyundai has introduced the all-new i20 in the Indian market at the starting price of INR 6.79 lakh ex-showroom, India. The brand has further announced that the prices are introductory at the moment and customer are expected to see a hike in price in January 2021. The all-new Hyundai i20 features all new exteriors as well as completely new interiors and new BS6 complaint motors in both the petrol and diesel avatar. 

On the outside, the new i20 comes with a futuristic design language and is aligned with the brand’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design philosophy. The new i20 is quite angular and in-line with the futuristic edgier design trend. The i20 features a parametric jewel pattern radiator grille LED projector headlamps, LED daytime running lights, projector fog lamps with aero ducts incorporated in the foglamp housings offering a wide and low stance on the front.

The new i20 also features a dynamic side profile with various cuts and crease line that make the hot-hatch look sharper. The i20 comes with 16-inch diamond-cut dual-tone alloy wheels, a chrome window beltline, a shark fin antenna on the roof, side sill finishers, Z-shaped LED taillamps with a chrome finisher and i20 logo incorporated in both the headlamps and tail lamps.

On the inside, the new Hyundai i20 features a wraparound multilayered dashboard that gives the occupant a premium and rich feel. The dashboard fascia incorporates horizontal lines that run from end to end integrating the air-conditioning vents. The dashboard also comes with a fully digital instruments cluster linked with the touchscreen infotainment display which comes with in-built navigation, Over-The-Air Updates (OTA), BlueLink connectivity, Bose Premium 7 Speaker System, Android Auto / Apple CarPlay integration and enhanced connected features such as remote Lock/ Unlock, remote engine Start/ Stop, remote Climate Control function, Vehicle Status and various vehicle alerts etc. 

The all-new Hyundai i20 is also available with a choice of powertrains – 1.2-litre Kappa Naturally-Aspirated Petrol with 83 PS output on the 5-speed Manual and 88 PS output on the IVT automatic transmission. The 1.5-litre U2 CRDi develops 100 PS of power and comes matched to a 6-speed Manual transmission. The i20 also comes with a 1.0-litre Turbo-Petrol engine that pumps out 120 PS of power and comes matched to either a 7-speed DCT automatic or an iMT clutch-pedal-less Intelligent Manual Transmission.
