2020 Bajaj Pulsar NS160, NS200 & RS200 get new colours; price starts at INR 1,08,589

The brand loves to call themselves as the World’s favourite Indian, and well, the Pulsar motorcycle range has for decades offered a thrilling motorcycling experience. To celebrate the festive season of 2020, Bajaj Auto has now announced new body colour options for the Pulsar NS160, NS200 & RS200 motorcycles. Both the Pulsar NS & RS series now sport colour block paint schemes adding a breath of fresh air amidst increasing competition. The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 prices start at INR 1,08,589 (ex-showroom Delhi). The prices for the Pulsar RS200 with dual-channel ABS start at INR 1,52,179 while the NS200 asks for INR 1,31,219 (ex-showroom Delhi). These new versions of the NS & RS series will be available at Bajaj showrooms from 23rd October, 2020.

Powering the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is a 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve, fuel-injected motor producing 24.5 PS of power @ 9750 RPM and 18.7 Nm of torque @ 8000 RPM matched to a 6-speed gearbox. Available as a sports tourer, the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will be available in matte red, metallic pearl white and grey paint options. The bike sports a 300mm front disc brake with a 230mm rear disc along with dual-channel ABS for added layer of safety. Riding on a perimeter chassis, the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 tries to fight it out with the likes of Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 in the Indian market; both bikes being affordable fully-faired models.

The Pulsar NS200 makes use of the same engine as the RS200, pumping 24.5 PS of power while the Pulsar NS160 comes with a 160.3cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, 4-valve, fuel-injected motor producing 17.2 PS of power and 14.6 Nm of torque matched to a 5-speed gearbox. The Bajaj Pulsar NS range has one of the best power-to-weight ratios in the segment, making them fun to ride in the city and even around twisty roads. The 2020 Bajaj Pulsar NS160 & NS200 will be abailable in red matte, pearl white metallic, grey and satin blue paint schemes. The bikes will also get new white painted alloy wheels to add a new vibe.

Additionally, the bikes now get the front and rear motorcycle fenders in textured carbon fibre finish and hot stamping design on the seats to add a sporty touch.
