Kawasaki India has launched the new 2019 range H2 superbike. The 2019 range launched in India includes the Ninja H2, Ninja H2 Carbon and Ninja H2R. These new hypersport motorcycles are priced at INR 34.50 lakh for the Ninja H2, INR 41 lakh for the Ninja H2 Carbon and INR 72 lakh for the Ninja H2R. All models are brought to India as a CBU import.
Bookings for the 2019 range of Kawasaki Ninja H2 begins from 1st September 2018 and deliveries will commence next year.
Powering the Kawasaki Nijna H2 is a 998cc, liquid-cooled, supercharged, in-line 4-cylinder, 4-stroke motor producing 231 PS of power. The bike is capable of reaching a top speed of 337.064 kmph, recently tested at the Bonneville Speed Week and has set a new world speed record in the P-PB 1000 class.
The 2019 Ninja H2 comes with a new TFT colour display instrument console along with spartphone connectivity. Equipment addition includes Brembo Stylema monobloc caliper for better braking performance. What’s the major highlight is that the 2019 Ninja H2 comes with a special self repairing paint. This will be only for minor scratches, and the paint will automatically recover the affected area in a weeks time.
The bike now rides on Bridgestone RS11 sport tyres. All the illumination, the lights are now LED units which includes headlamp, tail lamp, pilot lamps, turn indicators and the number plate light.
And yes, there is a ‘Supercharged’ emblem on the bikes.
