Hyundai has launched the 2019 Elantra facelift sedan in India, and the biggest change is that it no longer comes with a diesel engine option. Prices for the 2019 Hyundai Elantra facelift begin from INR 15.89 lakh, and the brand is offering the car at ‘One India One Price‘. Powering the 2019 Hyundai Elantra facelift is a 2.0L, BS6 compliant, 4-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 152 PS of power @ 6200 RPM and 192.2 Nm of torque @ 4000 RPM matched to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic gearbox. The brand claims fuel efficiency of 14.60 kmpl for the manual and automatic variants.
Safety features on the 2019 Hyundai Elantra include ABS with EBD, 6-airbags, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX, seat belt reminder, speed & impact sensing door lock & unlock respectively, TPMS, IRVM with telematics control, front parking sensors, theft alarm, hill assist, stability control, speed alert system, all 4 disc brakes, etc.
