The Hyundai Creta facelift is probably the most awaited launch from the South Korean manufacturer. The Creta has been a very successful car for Hyundai and has been managing to sell nearly 10,000 units month-on-month which has increased the average unit sale price for the company. Now, ahead of any official communication, the new Creta facelift has been caught completely undisguised revealing the front end design & changes.
At the front, on the 2018 Hyundai Creta, you get a new front grille, new sweptback headlamps with projectors & LED DRLs, revised front bumper, new skid plate with silver accents, new fog la,p housing, new bonnet profile. Also, you can notice new ORVM design, new alloy wheels in this spyshot. This car spotted had a black painted roof as well.
The new Creta is also expected to get a sunroof, new touchscreen infotainment system, updated instrument console, new seat upholstery, new colour tones on the inside and extra features to fend off competition.
Do not expect much of mechanical changes though. The Creta will continue with its 1.6L petrol motor producing 123 BHP & 151 Nm; 1.6L diesel motor producing 126 BHP and a 1.4L 89 BHP diesel motor. Engines will come matched to a manual or automatic gearbox options.
The new Creta is expected to launch before the festive season of 2018. Pricing could be more or less similar to the current version on sale.
