1st Hero MotoCorp & Harley-Davidson bike arriving this year

Hero MotoCorp is preparing itself for its highest-ever model introductions this fiscal. The two-wheeler maker has big targets to consolidate market share, especially in the premium bike segment. The country’s largest two-wheeler maker has ambitious plans to introduce new motorcycles. The most talked about product will come under the Hero MotoCorp-Harley Davidson tie-up.

The company has leadership in the budget motorcycle segment i.e., 100-110cc. And now the company is looking to enhance its presence in the 125 cc. Hero MotoCorp confirmed that they have planned product launches every quarter of this fiscal year. In fact, in this fiscal, they will launch the maximum number of products ever seen in the company’s history.

Hero MotoCorp Aiming To Expand Its Share In The Premium Segment

The company looks bullish on growth prospects this year with plans to further expand its market share across segments. Hero MotoCorp also claimed that there will be a lot of launches in the premium segment during the course of the year. Hero MotoCorp noted that the company is now focusing on the premium segment motorcycles with power ranging between 150cc to 450cc. The company has already revealed its plans to roll out the electric brand VIDA across the country. The aim is to cover 100 cities in the current calendar year.

First Ever Hero MotoCorp-Harley Davidson Partnership Product

Hero MotoCorp is specifically talking highly of the launch of the first Hero MotoCorp-Harley Davidson motorcycle in the current fiscal. Back in October 2020, Hero MotoCorp and American brand Harley-Davidson announced their partnership for the Indian market. As part of the deal, Hero MotoCorp will build and sell a range of premium motorcycles under the Harley-Davidson brand name in the country. In fact, Hero MotoCorp will also take care of service and parts requirements for Harley motorcycles.
