Ducati Scrambler Club Italia revealed, limited to 80 units

Ducati has introduced a special edition ‘Ducati Scrambler Club Italia’ based on the Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro and is a result of the close collaboration between the Ducati Style Center and Scuderia Club Italia. Ducati will be producing only 80 examples of the Scrambler Club Italia making it one of the most exclusive motorcycles in the world. The Scuderia Club Italia was founded in 1989 by Vintage/Racing car drivers, connoisseurs and enthusiasts with only 80 members as per the club’s statute. 

The styling highlights on the Ducati Scrambler Club Italia include a Deep Blue paint theme with a red leather seat from Poltrona Frau that comes with an embroidered Club Italia logo, Blue frame, Blue tank with Red pinstriping, aluminium swingarm, aluminium finish front and rear fenders in aluminium with the tricolour finish. The special edition bike comes with a rounded headlight with a black mesh cover, a pod-style instruments console, heated grips, billet aluminium turn indicator covers, billet aluminium brake and clutch levers, brake fluid reservoir caps, frame plugs and footpegs. The Ducati Scrambler Club Italia also features a type-approved Termignoni Titanium high-mounted exhaust. 

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro is powered by a 1079cc L-Twin-Cylinder air-cooled 2-valves per cylinder with Desmodromic distribution that produces 86 Hp of power and 88 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed transmission with hydraulically controlled light action wet multi-plate clutch.

In terms of mechanical hardware, the Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro features fully adjustable 48mm upside-down Öhlins front fork, preload & rebound adjustable rear monoshock from Öhlins, 320mm semi-floating discs with Brembo radially mounted callipers on the front and 245mm disc with a single-piston calliper on the rear equipped with Bosch Cornering ABS. 

The bike was previewed by the association member on 20 June and the company has already received the first batch of orders. The Ducati Scrambler Club Italia will also come with a personalised bike cover, a certificate of authenticity and a hand-crafted Bell helmet with the colour of the bike and dedicated graphics. Bike deliveries are expected to start in September 2020.
