BMW introduces Extended Care+ service campaign across all dealerships

BMW has announced the introduction of the ‘BMW Extended Care+’ service campaign across its entire dealer network in India. BMW customers can now avail the brand’s comprehensive after-sales service for pre-monsoon check-up for electrical function and to ensure the customer’s BMW cars are in top working order before the monsoon season arrives. 

BMW Extended Care+ is a 33 point check service using ‘BMW Contactless Experience’ which was recently launched by the brand and the Extended Care+ can be booked by the customer using the contactless service at a convenient date and time by booking with the nearest BMW dealership. Customers will receive their serviced BMW cars completely sanitised with the vehicle document placed in a sanitised envelope. Service-related payments can also be made using digital payment gateways in a safe manner.

BMW India has also launched a contactless online sales platform for its new as well as pre-owned cars. The contactless system has been initiated in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, to protect BMW customers and staff. With the new online platform, customers can personalise their preferred BMW and have their queries on the product, services and also the financial options to buy BMW cars.

It is also important to note that the services and delivery for the BMW cars will be done adhering to all local government directives post the lockdown period. 

In related news, the German carmaker has launched the BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé and the BMW M8 Coupé in the Indian market using a digital platform. The four-door BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé is priced starting INR 1,29,90,000 and the two-door performance-oriented BMW M8 Coupé is priced at INR 2,15,00,000 ex-showroom. 

The BMW Gran Coupé comes in two trim variants – BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé 840i priced at INR 1.30 Crore, BMW 8 Series Gran Coupé 840i M Sport Edition at INR 1.55 Crore and the BMW M8 Coupé priced at INR 2.15 Crore.
