2021 Kawasaki motorcycle price list revealed, prices up by INR 20,000

Japanese premium motorcycle brand Kawasaki has hiked the prices of the product line-up in the Indian market. The manufacturer has revised the price list and a hike of up to INR 20,000 can be observed in the new list which will be effective from January 2021. The price hike for almost all the O.E.Ms is expected to be related to the rise in input cost and the distribution cost and some part in the price hike is also due to the weakening rupee. 

With effect from 1st January 2021, the Kawasaki Z650 will be priced INR 6.04 lakh while the Z900 will be priced INR 8.19 lakh ex-showroom. The Ninja 650 will be priced INR 6.39 lakh and the Ninja 1000SX will be priced INR 11.04 lakh ex-showroom. The adventure series motorcycles – the Versys 650 will be priced INR 6.94 lakh ex-showroom and the Versys 1000  will be priced INR 11.19 lakh ex-showroom. The Kawasaki Vulcan S cruiser will be priced INR 5.94 lakh ex-showroom and the modern-classic Kawasaki W800 will be priced INR 7.09 lakh ex-showroom, India. 

Team Green has also hiked the prices on the Enduro class motorcycles. The Kawasaki KX100 has been priced at INR 4.88 lakh, the KX250 is priced at INR 7.43 lakh and the KX450 is priced at INR 7.79 lakh ex-showroom. The KLX110 has been priced at INR 2.99 lakh, the KLX140G is priced at INR 4.07 lakh and the KLX450R is priced at INR 8.49 lakh ex-showroom. 

In the recent past, Kawasaki had offered discounts up to INR 50,000 on the range of motorcycle across segments. The W800 was offered with a discount of INR 30,000, the Vulcan S with a discount of INR 20,000 and the Z650 was offered at a discount of INR 30,000. The brand also offered benefits on the KLX110 which was offered with a discount of INR 30,000, the KLX140 which was offered with a discount of INR 40,000 and the KX100 was offered with a discount of INR 50,000. 

The discount offers are valid till the 31st of December depending on the limited stock of the motorcycle model and is through a first-come-first-served basis
