What Are The Changes We See With 2023 The FZ S V4?

The FZ S V4 Deluxe now comes with a new updated look. It carries a new fascia and gets LED turn indicators as  part of this update. In addition to this, styling remains overall the same. This is a god thing because, the FZ S had always been a great looking motorcycle. Thus, the overall design has remained largely unchanged. Thus V4 retains its trademark  large fuel tank with side panels.

The FZ S V4 also gets an LCD console. This unit showcases all the important rider related statistics. This includes a speedometer, odometer, trip meter, fuel level readout, and more. Keeping up with the 2023 standards, the motorcycle also get Bluetooth connectivity.

Mechanicals Remain The Same, No Changes To The Engine

There are no changes to the mechanicals, and hence it retains the same engine. Thus, the power unit is the same 149 cc single-cylinder motor. The performance rating of the motor reads as 12.2 BHP and 13.3 Nm. It’s linked to a five-speed gearbox.

Suspension duty is taken care of by conventional front forks and monoshock at the rear. This is the same as the one we saw in the previous model. Braking duty too remains the same. This is disc setup for both front and rear. In terms of  rider aids, FZ S gets ABS and traction control system. Moreover, Yamaha also mentioned that it is making all its motorcycles ethanol compliant by the end of this year.
