This includes Extended Warranty (EW), Service Value Packages (SVP) and offers on the select Value Added Services (VAS). To further add to the ownership experience, Volkswagen has introduced a One-year Service Value Pack (SVP) complimentary under the Monsoon Campaign. This is available on Volkswagen pre-owned cars across its Das WeltAuto touchpoints in India. With all this, customers also get the option of choosing its RoadSide Assistance (RSA) offering with 3-year, 4year and 5-year policies.

Other Updates

VW India’s sales volume is finally picking up some momentum. June sales figures suggest that the customers are reacting positively to the newly launched products. Both the Taigun and Virtus are selling in good numbers, and VW is doing it all to keep up with the competition. Moreover, VW India has also opted for a host of innovative marketing campaigns to increase engagement via social media channels.

Virtus, which is a C-segment sedan, has been given the responsibility of reviving the sedan segment. With the increase in the demand for SUVs in the market, sedans are a dying breed. But VW, with its reputation for its sorted driving behaviour and fun-to-drive factors, aims to change this narrative. The initial response for the Virtus looks quite promising. The sedan has already sold 2,000 units of sales over a period of two weeks from its launch.
