Volkswagen India has announced its Summer Service Camp. As a part of this, the company aims to enhance its service experience and offer customers an affordable cost of ownership program. VW has also made efforts by rationalising its service and maintenance costs and part prices. In an attempt to make part availability more accessible, the company has opened a parts distribution centre. The summer camp will reflect upon VW India’s Customer-centricity and Accessible Service as the brand’s core values. This summer service campaign will end on June 15th 2022.
What’s Covered In This Summer Service Campaign?
Customers can avail of a complimentary 40-point vehicle check-up. This will analyse the health status of the vehicle and highlight any pertinent areas that require immediate action. In addition to this, customers can also avail of attractive offers and benefits on Extended Warranty (EW), Service Value Package (SVP) and Value Added Services (VAS). VW India has also worked on improving its doorstep Volkswagen Mobile Service Unit (MSU) and Volkswagen Assistance.
In some of the major metro cities, customers can also opt for the Express Service. To ensure full transparency, Volkswagen India has also introduced the facility of Service Cam and Service Cost calculator. The facility will provide customers with the repair and maintenance required in their vehicle and the estimated cost for it. Given the current trend of work from home culture, customers can also book their service appointments online.
Volkswagen India’s sales figure is on the rise. With the recent launches of exciting titles like Taigun and Virtus, the carmaker is in the news for all the good reasons. Under the ‘India 2.0’ project, VW is making some important changes, both to its cars and its operations. VW brings in a new identity with the same core values with more localisation than ever before. The recently launched Virtus too looks quite promising, and it will definitely find a fair share of takers in the market.
