VIDA, the electric channel of Hero MotoCorp, recently commenced customer deliveries of its electric vehicle – the VIDA V1 scooter. Hero MotoCorp delivered the very first electric vehicle of the brand in Bengaluru. This was from VIDA’s Experience Center on Vittal Mallya Road.

Vida’s Dealership Network
VIDA currently has its Experience Centers in Bengaluru and Jaipur. And the pop-up stores have come up in Delhi-NCR. This is where customers can test-ride the Vida V1. Vida further confirmed that the deliveries in Jaipur and Delhi will follow next.
The VIDA V1 comes with a host of convenient removable batteries along with three-way charging options. The scooter is available in two variants, namely, VIDA V1 Plus which starts at INR 1,35,705. Second is the VIDA V1 Pro which retails at INR 1,46,880. This price includes all connected features, a portable charger and a charging service.
Customer Centric Offers
Adding to a fresh approach to the category is VIDA’s first-of-its-kind customer propositions and services. This includes Green EMI, an efficient and seamless financing platform with best-in-class interest rates. There’s also a Buy-Back scheme with the first-in-industry assurance of vehicle buy-back at 70 per cent of the purchase. The value is between the 16th to 18th months of vehicle ownership.
Customers can also test-ride for up to three days, thus giving them peace of mind before purchasing the vehicle. VIDA is also offering another industry-first initiative aka Repair On-Site. With this customer executives are available to provide service anywhere, anytime.
