Apache RTX 300 ADV bike – what to expect?
The RTX 300 ADV bike is going to be based on the current Apache RTR 310. However, it will be a heavily revised version of its chassis and the mechanical components for touring and off-road performance. The upcoming bike is now rumoured to launch by the festive season this year.
Apache showcased the RTX 300 at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 as well. However, it was displayed only for a handful of hours and later it was removed from the display. The showcased bike looked production-ready and it had a touring pack fitted on as well.
The design of the RTX 300 will be more of a highway tourer rather than a hardcore off-road bike. It will feature a dual-pod headlight design with a long-travel USD suspension and a big windscreen. The fuel tank is expected to be bigger than 14 litres and the tail section design will have a luggage rack mounted on it.
Powering the RTX 300 will be the 299cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine. It generates 35 bhp of peak power output and 28.5 Nm of peak torque. This engine will come mated to a 6-speed transmission and a slipper-assist clutch.
TVS is known to equip its two-wheelers with the latest tech and the RTX 300 will also get advanced features. These features are likely going to include a TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity, ride modes, traction modes, ride-by-wire, dual-channel ABS, and more.
The expected launch timeline of the RTX 300 is between August and September this year. Upon its launch, it will rival the newly introduced Hero Xpulse 210. We are assuming that TVS will position it under Rs 3 lakh price tag.

Our verdict
The consistently growing demand for adventure motorcycles has created a new middle-weight ADV niche. While motorcycles like the Royal Enfield Himalayan cater to users who want a more hardcore experience, the RTX 300 will focus on the affordable yet powerful touring purpose.
