Ultraviolette Tesseract scooter – Why is it popular?

Launched recently, the Tesseract e-scooter has become an instant success for the Bangaluru-based company. While the bookings cross the big 50,000 mark, customers are yet eager to stand in queues to get one of these. But, why is it popular?

The primary reason behind its popularity is its value-for-money proposition. It offers 3 battery options – 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh. The maximum range offered is a huge 261 km. something that no other e-scooter offers in its price range.

Moreover, the Tesseract is loaded with advanced features and a few segment-first features as well. For example, it comes equipped with a front collision alert, overtake alert, and blind spot alert; making it the first two-wheeler in India to offer these safety features.

Additionally, its performance is also quick for its big size. As per the claims, it can do 0-60 kmph in 2.9 seconds. It can also reach up to a top speed of 125 kmph with its 20.1 bhp electric motor.

The official deliveries of Tesseract are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of the next year. Meanwhile, buyers can book one for themselves by paying a minimal booking amount of Rs 999 only.
