The Ultraviolette Tesseract gets an extension of the introductory price offer. Initially limited to the first 10,000 bookings, the offer has now been extended to 50,000 bookings due to overwhelming demand. The Tesseract, priced at an introductory Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom), has already garnered over 20,000 pre-bookings within just 48 hours of its launch.
Ultraviolette Tesseract specs and features
The Tesseract is Ultraviolette’s first electric scooter and is designed to set new benchmarks in the electric two-wheeler segment. It is powered by a 20.1 BHP electric motor and offers three battery options: 3.5 kWh, 5 kWh, and 6 kWh. These configurations provide a maximum range of up to 261 km on a single charge. The scooter can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and has a top speed of 125 km/h.
In terms of features, the Tesseract comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen TFT display, haptic feedback-enabled handlebars, and front and rear dashcams. It also includes advanced safety systems such as dual radars, collision alerts, and blind spot detection. Additional features like wireless smartphone charging, dual-channel ABS, dynamic stability control, and cruise control enhance its appeal.
Tesseract design inspiration
The scooter’s futuristic design is inspired by combat helicopters, giving it a unique road presence. It is available in three color options: Desert Sand, Stealth Black, and Sonic Pink. Ultraviolette has also introduced a range of accessories to complement the Tesseract.
Offer validity
The introductory price offer will remain valid until the first 50,000 bookings are completed. After this, the price is expected to increase to Rs 1.45 lakh. Customers can book the Tesseract online through Ultraviolette’s official website or at authorized dealerships across the country.
