Ultraviolette Automotive has struck gold with its latest offering—the Shockwave electric enduro motorcycle. Since its debut in March 2025, the bike has racked up over 7,000 bookings, reflecting a growing appetite for performance-oriented electric two-wheelers in India.
The Shockwave is built on Ultraviolette’s new ‘Funduro’ platform, designed to deliver off-road capability with street legality. It’s not just a track toy—it’s a daily rider with serious adventure chops.
Performance and powertrain
At its core, the Shockwave packs a 14.5 bhp electric motor paired with a 4 kWh battery pack, delivering a claimed IDC range of 165 km. The bike sprints from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, with a top speed of 120 km/h.
It features:
- Switchable dual-channel ABS
- Four traction control modes
- Six levels of dynamic regeneration
- 21-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels with dual-purpose tyres
Design and features
The Shockwave is available in two striking colours—Cosmic Black and Frost White. It weighs just 120 kg, making it one of the lightest electric motorcycles in its class.

- Street-legal homologation, making it suitable for both city commutes and weekend trails
Pricing and delivery timeline
Ultraviolette initially offered the Shockwave at an introductory price of INR 1.50 lakh for the first 1,000 customers. The offer was extended to the next 1,000 buyers due to overwhelming demand. The current price stands at INR 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
Deliveries are scheduled to begin in Q1 2026, and the bike can be booked via Ultraviolette’s official website and dealerships.
