Bengaluru-based electric vehicle manufacturer Ultraviolette has launched a new model called F77 SuperStreet. It is a street-oriented electric bike that features relaxed ergonomics and a long-riding range. Read all the details below.

Ultraviolette F77 SuperStreet – what is it?
Based on Mach 2, the Ultraviolette F77 SuperStreet is a more city-riding-oriented e-motorcycle. It features an upright handlebar for an easy riding stance. This stance is more favourable for users who prefer to ride more within the city.
It is being offered in two variants – Standard and Recon. Additionally, customers can opt between four colours – Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stellar White, and Cosmic Black.
However, the rest of the motorcycle looks identical to the Mach 2. It gets semi-faired body panels, an LED headlight, an LED taillight, a split seat, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Moreover, the TFT console is also unchanged; offering smartphone connectivity along with different regen modes and riding modes. Other features include a dual-channel ABS, hill hold, dynamic stability control, and three-level traction control.
Powering the F77 SuperStreet is the 10.3kWh battery pack that is connected to a powerful 30kW electric motor. With this setup, the F77 SuperStreet does a claimed range of 323km on a single charge. The performance is also fast as it can reach a top speed of 155kmph.
The pricing of the F77 SuperStreet is Rs 2.99 lakh ex-showroom and it competes with the Matter Aera in India.

Our verdict
Ultraviolette F77 has been a testament to the performance and premium electric motorcycle segment. It offers a fine balance between affordability, practicality, and performance altogether. However, the committed riding stance of the F77 was unfavourable for city users; which has been resolved now with the SuperStreet.
