The TVS Apache RTX 300 continues to undergo rigorous road testing. The bike, expected to launch in mid-2025, has been spotted multiple times, giving enthusiasts a sneak peek into its exciting features.

Apache RTX 300 – What to Expect?

The Apache RTX 300 is powered by a 299cc liquid-cooled RTX D4 engine, producing 34.5 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and features a ride-by-wire throttle for smoother throttle response. The bike also boasts a slip and assist clutch for seamless gear shifts.

Design-wise, the Apache RTX 300 sports a tall windshield, twin LED headlamps, and LED turn indicators. It rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear dual-purpose tyres, providing a balanced performance for both on-road and off-road adventures. The bike also features a semi-fairing, split seat, and raised handlebars for a comfortable riding position.

One of the standout features of the Apache RTX 300 is its dual-channel ABS system, with switchable rear ABS and multiple ride modes. The bike is expected to come with LED lighting, adjustable suspension, and a smart TFT display for a modern touch.

Launch Timeline and Competition

TVS Motor Company has been working on this adventure motorcycle at its R&D center in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The motorcycle is designed to compete with rivals like the BMW G310 GS, KTM 250 Adventure and Suzuki V-Strom 250 SX, offering a well-rounded performance.

TVS might showcase the RTX 300 at the Bharat Mobility Expo in January followed by a launch in the second quarter of 2025. We expect the motorcycle to priced below INR 3 lakh. This would put the RTX 300 in a good position as compared to its competition.
