Toyota reveals RAV4 Adventure SUV

Toyota has introduced the new Toyota RAV4 Adventure SUV in the European market. The Toyota RAV4 Adventure will add to the brand’s existing RAV4 range reinforcing the model’s “go anywhere” spirit. The RAV4 Adventure will also stand out compared to the standard, thanks to the rugged styling that features on the RAV4 Adventure. The new version of the SUV will also help the brand reach people who wish to “life off the beaten track” along with the performance and efficiency of Toyota’s hybrid-electric technology.

Toyota Rav4 Adventure SUV – Design Highlights

The Toyota RAV4 Adventure comes with a sportier front end design and a new grille. The radiator grille comes with a new all-black finish offering a much more imposing look than the standard. The Toyota emblem has moved down from the bonnet’s leading edge to a central position on double horizontal bars. The RAV4 also comes with a silver finish skid plate as well as front fog lights in new black surrounds and black plastic cladding on the bumper. The SUV also features trapezoidal wheel arches with plastic cladding and unique 19-inch alloy wheels with a matt grey finish. The rear also comes with a silver-finish skid plate.

Toyota RAV4 Adventure SUV – Colour & Styling

Toyota is offering the RAV4 Adventure with a unique bi-tone paintwork option. This new paint colour option combines Urban Khaki colour with Dynamic grey colour roof, front pillars and rear spoiler. The new and unique colourway pays tribute to the signature light roof of Toyota’s classic FJ40 Land Cruiser. On the inside, the cabin features black synthetic leather with deeply quilted back and cushion sections. The brand also offers upholstery with contrasting orange contrast stitching and RAV4 ADVENTURE scuff plates. The RAV4 Adventure also comes with new projector-type LED headlights, LED front fog lights and a 10-spoke alloy wheel design. 

Toyota RAV4 Adventure SUV – Engine Specifications

Powering the Toyota RAV4 Adventure is a 2.5-litre four-cylinder hybrid petrol engine. The engine produces 222 Hp of power and combines electrical motors with one of the highest thermal efficiencies in the world. The powertrain features an electric motor on the rear axle and is equipped with Toyota’s fourth-generation hybrid electric technology. The car also comes equipped with intelligent all-wheel drive as standard. 

Toyota will begin deliveries of the RAV4 ADVENTURE and the refreshed RAV4 model range from the first quarter of 2022 in the European market.
