Toyota India’s Sales Trajectory On The Rise

For the month of March 2022, TKM sold a total of 17,131 units. This makes it the highest ever domestic sales in a single month in the last five years. Furthermore, in terms of fiscal year performance, TKM posted a growth of 58 per cent for FY 22 when compared to FY 21. Innova and Fortuner continue to propel TOM’s sales volume. Innova Electric Is Here

With the growing demand for electric vehicles in the country, Toyota seems to taste the water as well. Recently the carmaker unveiled an EV concept for its popular MPV offering. The carmaker did not post any powertrain or mechanical specification of the MPV. Furthermore, chances are also less that we will see a production-spec model of the electric Innova anytime soon. The new Innova that is due for an update will be launched sometime later this year or early next year. Innova being the king of the MPV segment with its bulletproof built and reliability, this new update will attract more customers to join the brand.
