In 2012, at the LA Auto show Design challenge, students designed the Ener-G-Force. A police patrol vehicle designed to endure the worst of conditions. The vehicle was designed only as a concept and Mercedes has not yet taken anything forward on this.

Someone from Jammu Kashmir was love struck by this concept and decided to modify his Tata Xenon into the Ener-G-Force Concept. And boy oh boy he’s done a fabulous job! The vehicle crafted and has been given attention to detail in recreating the Ener-G-Force’s design elements. The rectangular headlamps, muscular bonnet, roof-mounted police light and the front grill with muscular logo look identical to the original.

Tata xenon being a pickup truck there’s not much work done behind. The tail lights are kept simple but it does have a custom built cover for the loading area. The spoiler is kind of disappointing in design aspect. We’re not sure if its matt orange paint or car wrap, but we think the original gray and yellow combination looked better.

We don’t know what’s under the hood but we’d love to know from the maker. The build quality and finish is to be applauded.
