Tata Motors is very happy with the way the Nexon is performing in the compact-SUV space. Now, the brand has introduced the AMT gearbox option on the mid-variants of the Nexon. Dubbed as the Tata Nexon HyprDrive Self-Shift Gears (S-SG), even the XMA variant will be available with an AMT gearbox, since XM was the best-selling variant of the Nexon.
Now, the Nexon will be available in XMA & XZA+ variants with an AMT gearbox. Both petrol and diesel engines will get the AMT gearbox option.
The Tata Nexon in the AMT XMA variants is priced at INR 7.50 lakh for the petrol version and INR 8.53 lakh for the diesel version. Both the petrol and diesel engines come with 3 driving modes – Eco, City & Sport. The Nexon AMT variants get Smart Hill Assist & Crawl function. ABS, EBD, & dual front airbags are also available on XMA variants.
Also, Tata Motors has taken this opportunity to introduce a new Ivory White roof colour option to give the Nexon a coupe-like roof effect.
