Buoyed by the response to the latest compact sedan, the Tata Zest, Tata Motors has switched its focus to customer satisfaction to make the buying and ownership experience rather delightful.
Tata Motors will work to improve customer engagement at the dealerships and will be renovating more than 150 showrooms for a better ambiance. Currently, Tata Motors ranks 4th in the JD Power Customer Satisfaction Index.
The company is also looking at the trends in customer complaints at every dealership to create a universal solution across the dealer network in India. After sales and service departments will be worked upon as per customer demands.
The logistics department has also seen some updated for speedy delivery of spare parts and has developed a new warehousing facility in Pune.
The Tata Bolt hatchback launch is just around the corner.
