Tata Motors is back again with yet another special edition series. As per sources, Tata Motors is planning to introduce the Red Dark editions of the Harrier and Safari. Along with these SUVs, we could see the Nexon as well with the Red Dark. Tata Motors has also teased these three models in their Red Dark edition avatars. Thus, this suggests that the launch could happen sometime very soon.
Tata Red Dark Edition What Do We Know?
At Auto Expo 2023 last month, we saw the Harrier and Safari Dark editions but with some additional red inserts and more additional features. On the inside, we get to see an all-black exterior, 18-inch alloy wheels, red brake calipers and a subtle red insert on the grille.
As for the features, the SUVs now get a better touchscreen infotainment system, ADAS and a fully digital instrument cluster. On the safety front, Tata has now added six airbags. Other added design highlights include, Carnelian Red seats with a quilted pattern, red grab handles, ventilated front seats, unique grey trim on the dashboard and a piano black theme on the steering wheel.
To further add to the exclusiveness Tata Motors has also added red ambient lighting. As of now, we do not know if this edition will make it onto the Nexon. Tata Motors has not confirmed anything for the Nexon Red Dark edition just as of yet.
Tata Motors Keeps On Adding More Special Edition Series
But one thing is for sure, Tata Motors is constantly adding such special edition series to its lineup of products. This aids in keeping the products up to date and staying relevant amongst other rivals. With these special editions, Tata Motors also makes its name in the news thus grabbing more customers’ attention. With the Red Dark edition as well, we expect customers to respond positively thus adding to Tata Motors’ sales volume.
