This would meet the constantly changing needs of the new EV customers. As showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo, Tata will soon bring in cars like the Curvv, Harrier EV, Sierra EV and the Avinya. While these are all concepts, they are expected to spawn production ready models in the near future.

To this end, Tata will be investing much more in the EV ecosystem. This also means creating a robust supply ecosystem for EVs.

Tata Nexon EV : Popular EV from Tata

The success of the Nexon EV has played a significant role in transforming the perception of EVs in India. Previously, EVs were often considered small and undesirable. But the Nexon EV has changed this perception. With a real-world range of 150 to 300 km on a single charge, the Nexon EV is a practical daily-driveable vehicle. Its familiar design, borrowed from the internal combustion engine (ICE) version of the Nexon, has made the transition to electric mobility much smoother for customers.
