The engine is likely to develop around 160 Hp of power and will be easily capable of propelling the higher demands from the larger SUV. The brand is also likely to offer the 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine from the Tata Nexon to cater to diesel engine aficionados. Recently, reports suggested that Tata is planning to upgrade the Nexon EVs battery to a 40 kWh pack from its current 30.2 kWh unit. This could make its way onto the Nexon Coupe EV.
