Suzuki launches refreshed Hayate

Suzuki has launched a refreshed variant of the Hayate motorcycle at a price of Rs. 45,245 for the kick-start version and Rs. 49,315 for the self-start version (on-road Delhi).

With the festive season approaching, Suzuki has added a few features to the Hayate. The motorcycle now comes with a maintenance free battery, broader alloy wheel rims with tubeless tyres, new body decals and 5-step adjustable rear suspension. The refreshed Hayate will be offered in 5 colour options – White, grey, blue, black and red.

The Hayate continues with the 112.8cc, air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC engine producing 8.3 BHP of power and 8.8 Nm of torque. The motorcycle is 2,030mm long, 720mm wide, 1,070mm tall and has a wheelbase of 1,260mm. It has a ground clearance of 165mm and a kerb weight of 114 kg. With a total 10.5L fuel tank capacity, it has a useable reserve of 2.0 litres.
