The Suzuki Inazuma never set the sales chart on fire even though it was powered by a liquid cooled, 250cc twin cylinder engine. The Rs. 3.1 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) price at which the bike was launched was a major deterrent for the potential customers.
Sighting poor sales, Suzuki has given a price cut to the Inazuma. And it’s not a minor price correction, but the price has been reduced by a whopping 1 lakh rupees. Suzuki claims that the revised pricing is a result of the feedback that the dealers have provided.
Apart from the massive price cut, another big news is that Suzuki will compensate the existing Inazuma owners for the difference in price. This gesture will go a long way in building a good brand image in front of the customers. Post this price correction, the Inazuma now looks like a potent package ready to take on the likes of KTM Duke 390 & CBR 250R.
