Skoda Auto India has a new Peace of Mind Campaign enhancing the experience of Skoda Customers in India. The new Peace of Mind Campaign is built on four key pillars – Cost of ownership, Customer Reach, Convenience and Transparency. The new initiative will provide additional benefits to customers upgrading its after-sales offerings enhancing the customer experience.
Reduced Cost of Maintenance
Skoda Auto India has announced that the engine oil prices on petrol vehicles have been reduced by 32%. The brand has also reduced the spare parts prices and enhanced the replacement intervals. This has helped the brand reduce the maintenance cost by 21% for a period of 5 years or 75,000km. The brand is also offering products such as SuperCare and Extended Warranty for the 5th and 6th years, making Skoda maintenance more affordable.
Skoda plans to expand its network to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities under the India 2.0 Project. The brand will be setting up 185 aftersales touchpoints in the country. Supplementing the touchpoints will be Skoda MobiCare which are the mobile service units that provide better accessibility to customers.
The brand is also enhancing the convenience of the customers through customer-centric initiatives. Through the Skoda app, the brand is also bringing Transparency and Digital Services like a Service Cost Calculator. The brand is also offering services such as owner’s manual, accessories catalogue and the booking of test drives through MySkoda App. Apart from availing of the services, customers can also extend the roadside assistance program to up to 9 years.
The brand also offers world-class infrastructure and highly trained staff to enhance the customer experience. The highly qualified technicians also have access to customer-centric digital tools for efficient service. The service receptionist also has soft skills as well as technical know-how to understand customer requirements. This helps provide a quality ownership experience.
