Škoda Auto India has unveiled the Slavia Style Edition, a special variant of its popular sedan, marking the company’s first product action after reaching the milestone of one lakh sales in two years.

What is it about? – Slavia Style Edition

The Slavia Style Edition, positioned above the top-of-the-line Style variant, comes equipped with premium features such as a Dual Dash Camera, adorned with distinctive ‘Edition’ badges on the B-pillars and steering. Exterior enhancements include blacked-out B-pillars, black mirror covers, and a Black Roof Foil, creating a striking visual appeal.

Limited to just 500 units, the Style Edition exclusively features the 1.5 TSI engine paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox. Available in Candy White, Brilliant Silver, or Tornado Red colors, each chosen to contrast elegantly with the exclusive black elements on the roof and ORVMs, the Edition carries a modest premium of ₹30,000 over the equivalent Style variant of the Slavia.

In terms of safety, the Slavia Style Edition upholds the sedan’s legacy, boasting six airbags and a full 5-star rating for adult and child safety under Global NCAP’s rigorous test protocols. It further expands Škoda’s lineup of fully crash-tested 5-star-rated cars, prioritizing occupant safety.

Built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, tailored specifically for the Indian market, the Slavia sedan ensures a blend of driving dynamics, safety, and low maintenance costs. With up to 95% localization, the car offers a standard warranty of 4 years or 100,000 kms, along with an optional warranty of up to 8 years or 150,000 kms, complemented by a range of maintenance and service packages to enhance the ownership experience and reduce maintenance costs for customers.

Škoda’s line-up from the MQB-A0-IN platform, the Slavia and Kushaq has seen success not only in the Indian market but also internationally. The Slavia along with the VW Virtus breathed new life into the sedan segment.
