Skoda Auto India has revamped its ‘Service Maintenance Package’ with new extended features and dubbed it as ‘Skoda Supercare’ which brings new cost-effective benefits for customers offering preventive maintenance as well as wear and tear repair work for a timeframe of up to four years.
The new Skoda Supercare initiative offers customers benefits which not only safeguard the spare part price and labour charge inflation but also ensure that the customers receive authentic fitments with two years or unlimited kilometres part warranty and assured job work carried out by Skoda certified technicians. The Skoda Supercare package can be covered at all Skoda authorised dealerships across India and also offer advantages such as multiple payment options as well as cashless services along with options such as transferability to a subsequent owner at the time of vehicle resale.
Skoda Auto customers can avail the Skoda Supercare at a starting price of INR 29,999 that covers the vehicle for a period of 4 years or 60,000 km and comes in three options – Standard, Enhanced and Comprehensive. Supercare can be purchased within a timeframe of a year from the date of purchase of the vehicle or the first service, whichever is earlier. Existing Skoda customers can also purchase Skoda Supercare for 2 years or 30,000 km at a starting price of INR 15,777.
The Skoda Supercare package in the Standard form warrants engine oil, oil filter, drain plug, washer, air/pollen/fuel filter, spark plug, brake fluid, V belt, HALDEX coupling oil, ATF, etc. as per the manufacturer maintenance schedule, the Enhanced package covers everything under the Standard plus front windshield wipers, front and rear brake pads and disc, etc. The Comprehensive Package covers everything offered under the Standard & Enhanced along with the battery, flywheel, and clutch assembly i.e. the clutch plate, pressure plate and release bearing.
In addition, Skoda Auto India is also offering a unique 100 per cent manufacturer’s ‘Extended Warranty Programme’ at a starting price of INR 30,975 that covers Skoda vehicles for up to 6 years / 1,50,000 km from the date of purchase. The ‘Extended Warranty Programme’ can also be availed by existing Skoda customers whose vehicle is under the four-year warranty program and was purchased on/after 1st September 2016, and below 97,000 km. The ‘Extended Warranty Programme’ is also transferable to the succeeding owner, thereby increasing the vehicle’s residual value at the time of resale.
