Skoda Auto India has introduced a range of customer-centric and competitive leasing services dubbed Clever Lease. The Clever Lease monthly lease rental for the Skoda Auto range starts from INR 22,580 and is not only available for corporate entities and Public Sector Undertakings but also for salaried individuals, working professionals as well as small and medium enterprises.
The brand is also offering the leasing plans in a flexible plain, dry or wet solutions with a tenure of 24, 36, 48, and 60 months on the Skoda Rapid TSI and the Skoda Superb. In its first phase, Skoda Auto Leasing solutions will exclusively offer the leasing programs to eight major cities – Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Hyderabad. As part of the ‘INDIA 2.0’ project, in the subsequent phase, Skoda Auto will roll out the leasing program for the rest of the country.
The Skoda Auto Lease program also incorporates benefits such as scheduled tyre and battery changes, road tax, insurance, accidental repairs, end to end maintenance, breakdown assistance and a replacement vehicle. The Clever Lease program also comes with customized services, zero down payment, subscription-based payment models also giving the customer advantage over the unregulated used car market.
Also to address the unorganized used-car sales market in India, the Czech marque has forayed into the used car market with its new vertical called the ’Certified Pre-Owned’ programme. The pre-owned car programme will run in Mumbai, Delhi (NCR), Coimbatore, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Hyderabad and Goa in its initial phase and just like the Clever Lease program the Certified Pre-Owned will also be extended nationwide in the subsequent phase, under the India 2.0 Project.
Under the new program, the customers can trade-in any vehicle and receive attractive exchange bonuses for the purchase of new Skoda vehicles including Skoda SUVs, Sedans and the RS. Also, Skoda offers vehicles from both Skoda Auto and other OEMs under the new Certified Pre-Owned program.
