Now the brand has announced that it has further expanded the digital sales platform to further reduce customer walk-ins in times of the pandemic.
The brand has aptly named the service Skoda Contactless Programme which now comes with new digital features that will complete the digital automotive purchase ecosystem. With the Skoda Contactless Programme, customers can not only explore and book their Skoda vehicles it also gives them a safe and secure platform to choose the vehicle through virtual product demonstration and live consultation.
Customers can log on to the dedicated website from the convenience of their home and in a few easy steps sign up for the contactless service and choose the model they intend to purchase. A link is then sent to the customer on their e-mail which takes them to the live consultation and offers a virtual product demonstration accessible through video conferencing over smartphones, tablets and personal computers.
Skoda has integrated its 80 plus dealership touchpoints pan India with the Skoda Contactless Programme making a car purchase a breeze. The brand has also launched the MyŠKODA mobile application for both Android and IOS systems which provides a single interface between an existing or a prospective customer and the brand.
The MyŠKODA mobile application locate the nearest dealership facility, book a service appointment at a convenient timeframe, access service history, cost calculator, accessories shop and itemized billing record, as well as connect to ŠKODA customer care. The brand has also employed technologies such as an AI-enabled Chat Bot that facilitates 24×7 support services and enhances interaction.
