Super Meteor 650 Specifications:
Powering the Super Meteor 650 is the same 648cc, twin-cylinder, oil-cooled engine which we have seen on the Interceptor 650 & Continental GT 650. When you ride it, the noise rating is at 76.3 dB(A). This familiar air-oil-cooled 648cc engine of the Super Meteor 650 produces 47 PS of power @ 7250 RPM and 52.3 Nm of torque @ 5650 RPM matched to a 6-speed gearbox. The engine is of course Euro 5 & BS6 emissions compliant and it comes with 4-valves / cylinder.
The motorcycle makes use of a new tubular steel chassis with a typical feet-forward cruiser riding posture. The chassis is created jointly with Harris Performance and the bike offers a low centre of gravity for high-speed stability. The low scalloped seat and pulled back handlebar delivers a typical cruiser riding stance. What’s very unique on this motorcycle is the front suspension setup. The Super Meteor 650 uses 43mm USD forks with 120mm of travel and the rear twin shock absorbers offer 101mm of travel. This bike rides on a 19″ front wheel and a 16″ rear wheel, and as you can notice, these are alloy wheels straight from the factory.
