Royal Enfield is gearing up to bring in their first twin-cylinder adventure bike, the Himalayan 750. The bike, which has been spotted testing overseas, appears to be in the final stages of development, hinting at a production-ready design. This marks a significant step for Royal Enfield as it ventures into the premium mid-size adventure motorcycle category.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 – what to expect?
The Himalayan 750 adopts a road-biased adventure touring design, blending rugged aesthetics with modern functionality. Spy images reveal a tall windscreen, a sculpted fuel tank, and prominent tank extensions. The bike features a round LED headlamp, split-style seats, and an upswept exhaust, emphasizing its touring capabilities. At the rear, robust grab rails and a luggage rack provide mounting points for panniers, catering to long-distance riders.
Under the hood, the Himalayan 750 is powered by a newly developed 750cc parallel-twin engine. This motor is expected to deliver around 55 PS and 60 Nm of torque, offering a significant upgrade over the existing 650cc lineup. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox, ensuring smooth and responsive performance.

The bike’s underpinnings include a new frame and rear sub-frame, supported by USD front forks and a rear mono-shock. Both suspension units are likely to be adjustable, enhancing comfort and handling.
