Skoda Auto India has come up with a Roadside Assistance Program (RSA) for customer cars which were not covered under the standard RSA. Also, one can extend the duration of their existing program. With schemes like these, Skoda aims to deliver better levels of customer satisfaction.
This program is available on all Skoda vehicles and will be provided for a standard period of two years, starting from 1st August, 2014. For cars which are less than five years old, a customer can avail this RSA program for Rs. 3,233 and for cars which are more than five years old, customer will have to spend Rs. 4,233. This service can be purchased from any authorised Skoda dealer in the country.

- Replacement of lost keys
- Towing facility
- Taxi service
