Revolt RV400 electric motorcycle gets new black + silver paint

Revolt Motor has launched its flagship RV400 with a new colour shade. Customers can now get the motorcycle in a dual-tone finish of black and silver. And hence, the RV400 now has three colours to choose from, the other two being Red and Black. There is no further change to the motorcycle. Electric vehicles are increasingly getting popular in the market. There is a significant push from the government as well to enable faster adoption of electric cars in the country. Customers are also positively responding to the shift as the sales figures of EV are on the rise.

Revolt RV400 – The Perfect Electric Motorcycle

There’s no one denying the fact that the future of automotive is electric, and we are already witnessing this shift. Revolt Motor, as an EV maker, wants to position itself in the motorcycle segment. Electric motorcycles are relatively a newer concept for the customers. In fact, even today, there’s a limited number of electric motorcycle options to choose from. And at the same time, a customer gets a plethora of options in the scooter segment.

Currently available in six cities; namely, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, Revolt is expanding its network rapidly. The motorcycle gets all the features of today’s time. This includes a full-LED lighting setup, Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster, step-up seats and more. Alongside, the bike also comes with connected vehicle technology. This adds features like bike locator, geo-fencing, battery status, riding statistics, bike diagnosis and more.

Technical Specification

RV400 continues to get the 3.4kWh lithium-ion battery pack with a claimed riding range of 150 km and a top speed of 85 kmph. The performance figure of the RV400 stands at 5kW of power and 54 Nm of torque. The motorcycle can charge from 0 to 75 per cent in about 3 hours. There are three rides – Eco, Normal and Sport, to give the rider more flexibility.

Price Details

With the recently revised FAME-II subsidy, RV400 currently retails at an ex-showroom price of INR 90,799.
