Revolt RV400 – The Perfect Electric Motorcycle
There’s no one denying the fact that the future of automotive is electric, and we are already witnessing this shift. Revolt Motor, as an EV maker, wants to position itself in the motorcycle segment. Electric motorcycles are relatively a newer concept for the customers. In fact, even today, there’s a limited number of electric motorcycle options to choose from. And at the same time, a customer gets a plethora of options in the scooter segment.
Currently available in six cities; namely, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, Revolt is expanding its network rapidly. The motorcycle gets all the features of today’s time. This includes a full-LED lighting setup, Bluetooth-enabled instrument cluster, step-up seats and more. Alongside, the bike also comes with connected vehicle technology. This adds features like bike locator, geo-fencing, battery status, riding statistics, bike diagnosis and more.
RV400 continues to get the 3.4kWh lithium-ion battery pack with a claimed riding range of 150 km and a top speed of 85 kmph. The performance figure of the RV400 stands at 5kW of power and 54 Nm of torque. The motorcycle can charge from 0 to 75 per cent in about 3 hours. There are three rides – Eco, Normal and Sport, to give the rider more flexibility.
