Revolt opens its EV dealership in Jaipur

One of India’s leading electric motorcycle manufacturers, Revolt, has unveiled its latest dealership in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The RattanIndia backed company now sports its 8th experience centre in India, catering to customers for sales, services, and spares. The CEO of Revolt Motors inaugurated the dealership, which will feature the brand’s flagship RV400 e-bike. Revolt Motors has also witnessed an increased demand for its e-bikes during the festive season thanks to rising petrol prices. The e-bikes offered by Revolt have provided customers with savings and running costs as low as INR 9/100 km.

Revolt RV400: Detailed Highlights 

Revolt offers the RV400 with a 3 kW, mid-drive motor powered by a 72V, 3.24 kWh Lithium-Ion battery. Sporting a top speed of 85 km/h, the RV400 features a host of connectivity features controlled via the MyRevolt app. These features include Geo-fencing, customizable sounds, complete bike diagnostics, riding data, and distance travelled history. The bike produces 5 kW of power and 54 Nm of torque with a choice of 3 driving modes.

Along with Eco, Normal, and Sport modes, customers get a choice of 3 colours – Cosmic Black, Rebel Red, or Mist Gray. The e-bike takes under 3 hours to charge from 0-75% and provides the option to locate the nearest Revolt Switch Station. This allows customers to swap out their RV400’s battery pack and Revolt claims that this takes around 60 seconds. In terms of suspension, the RV400 features Upside Down (USD) forks up-front and a fully adjustable monoshock at the rear.

Revolt Motors has recorded and received a tremendous response in terms of pre-bookings for a third consecutive time. With bookings for the RV400 re-opened across 70 cities, the brand confirmed to begin deliveries from January 2022. The company has also ensured to revamp and increase production in order to meet consumer demand thanks to EV awareness. Revolt has also unveiled its first experience centre in Bangalore, Karnataka expanding its presence to a total of 8 cities. The other six cities, including Jaipur and Bangalore, are Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai.
