The First Race
The new season will begin under the unique floodlights of the Losail International Circuit just outside of Doha, Qatar. Marquez has claimed victory once and finished on the podium on all but two occasions at the Losail circuit in his last seven races.
Pol concluded the final pre-season test in Mandalika, Indonesia, as the fastest rider over a single lap. Espargaro is not starting the year resting in this season, the rider aims to maintain an upward trajectory for 2022. Espargaro has achieved the best result of seventh place at the Losail circuit since his debut in 2013.
